The drinks took FOREVER and then they were EXPENSIVE and poorly made- for example an incredibly watered-down Martini for $18. Overall the restaurant feels very neglected and unclean- broken spy “experiences”. It is totally run down- the memorabilia and decorations are in complete disrepair. Recently I had the opportunity for a return visit to the Milwaukee original, this time bringing my family along for the ride. I wrote last year about the Chicago outpost of the SafeHouse, the Milwaukee institution that has been in existence since 1966. I know the password, but dont bother, what they put you through isnt that bad- so I dont even bother using it when I bring people.
